We are pleased to welcome Rev. Ethan McCarter. Ethan is a minister in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Ireland and serves as pastor of Crosscollyer Street Evangelical Presbyterian Church in North Belfast. Originally from Bayou La Batre, Alabama, USA, he is a graduate of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in South Carolina. Over the weekend he will be teaching through the book of Galatians, opening up its message of gospel freedom, the centrality of grace, and what it means to live by the Spirit in the everyday realities of life. Set within the context of North Belfast, where the need for a clear and faithful gospel witness remains both urgent and necessary, this weekend gives us an opportunity not only to hear God’s word but to be shaped by it for the sake of the communities we are part of. As churches and believers seeking to live out a visible gospel presence, we gather to be reminded again that the good news of Jesus Christ speaks into every part of life and calls us to stand firm in grace. Join us as we sit under God’s word together.
